Our guests are our top priority! You must provide a friendly, welcoming experience by greeting guests as they enter the salon, check them in/out of services utilizing salon software system, offer beverages, notify staff when guests arrive, answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, process financial transactions, maintain a clean and organized work space, retail area and salon/spa environment, clean and stock retail shelves, order supplies, do laundry, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of stellar customer service experience, computer proficiency, salon experience preferred but not required, excellent communication skills, reliable, dependable, punctual and must be a team player. Applicants must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday and one Monday every 8 weeks for team meetings.
